WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP? Please allow 1-3 business days to process and 2-7 days for shipping.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY? All sales are final. 

CAN I PICK-UP MY KASHBOXX(ES)? Yes and we welcome it! Pick-ups are available from the 46077 zip code.  Please allow 48 hours for processing of your order.  Use code PICKUP and we'll contact you for specific instructions to pick up your kashboxx!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states. We use USPS and will supply you with a tracking number to ensure your recipient received their gift!

IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR GROUP/CORPORATE ORDERS? Nope! To get started, send us a message at hello@kashboxx.com.

WILL THE KASHBOXX LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE? Not always, and this is 100% intentional! We want variants (colors, flavors, designs, etc...) to each kashboxx. Please read the description to determine the exact contents. 

 CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN BOXX? We do not offer customization, however we are happy to accommodate with other products found in our inventory.  Contact us at hello@kashboxx.com for additional information on our inventory (i.e. "can I switch this for that?").

CAN I TELL YOU WHAT I WANT AND THEN YOU GO AND FIND IT? Negative. We are not personal shoppers. But we can accommodate your request with our current inventory (i.e. Can I switch this for that?). Contact us at hello@kashboxx.com
